Reynolds 12C scraper w/10ft cut, laser rack.  Scraper is in great shape and ready to use.  No hydraulic leaks anywhere.  Scraper is nice and tight.  No slack anywhere.  Good cutting blade.  Have a few extra parts to go with scraper.  Hitch in great shape.  Don't think find one as in good condition.  $18,500 firm.  Also, if looking to buy a train or pair.  Have a 10c scraper available that is priced separately.
